Cycled through some oly stuff whilst pondering VO2 max and training for altitude. Time to read about how dudes train to climb and how dudes train for the leadville 100 (crazy fuckers they are). Is VO2 max the right thing to measure? Which measuring method is accurate and can I see a measurable difference?
