I was pretty groggy gettin out of work but once I got the blood flowing the kitchen warmed up quick. First three press sets at 35lb, last at a pood. The chins are coming along. All sets unbroken. I swear that one of the airdyne bikes is a fucking liar. It’s also the only bike that’s completely solid, pick your poison eh. All in all a good session.

The following is appropriate for playing in the gymnasium or any time you feel the need to howl at the fukkin moon!
